PROCESSING TIME :

In-stock wigs are shipped within 1 to 10 business days. For pre-order wigs, please allow 15-20 business days before shipment.

SHIPPING METHODS :

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We work with Colissimo and Mondial Relay for deliveries.

DELIVERY TIME :

After shipment, the delivery time will depend on your location. Typically, orders are delivered as follows:

• Europe: 5 to 7 business days.

Please note, we do not ship to America or Africa at this time.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY:

Cabelissa is not responsible for any shipping delays. Once your order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the chosen courier service to ensure timely delivery.

CUSTOMS FEES :

For deliveries to the UK and Switzerland, customs fees may apply. If this is the case, you will receive an email from the local postal service with the amount to be paid directly to them.
